125lbs Closer To Healthy

“I really feel it saved my life.”

When Frank went to the doctor and found out he was diabetic, he knew it was time for a change in his diet. Rather than taking a medicinal approach, he decided to focus on weight loss and give the keto diet a try, which ultimately ended up working out in his favor.

“I’ve lost 125 lbs. I am no longer diabetic. I was in normal A1C ranges within six months after starting keto. I was on two blood pressure meds and am now on a very low dose of blood pressure medicine. I’m no longer using my CPAP at night.”

Although the beginning of the keto diet was challenging for Frank, he wasn’t going to let that stop him from getting the results he needed.

“For the first few weeks, I was very tired and could not sleep at night. But then that changed and my energy level increased and I was able to sleep well. My pants started feeling looser within a few weeks.” 

Keto has proved to be a life changer for Frank; because of keto, Frank has not only gained a new relationship with his diet, but he’s also become a better person—both mentally and physically.

“I really feel it saved my life. It totally changed my health, lessened my anxiety and greatly increased my energy. I am now 47 years old and no longer fear I will enter my 50’s with a bunch of health issues.”

Frank wants people to know that there is no “right” or “wrong” time to begin a healthy lifestyle for yourself and encourages everyone to be consistent with their diet.

“It’s never too late to take back your health. Start by cutting out sugar, pasta, bread and rice. Eat enough fat to satiate yourself, especially when starting out. Keep it simple with food at first. Be consistent and you’ll succeed.”
