Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice

Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice Ingredients:
10oz (2 1/4 Cup) Cauliflower Rice Frozen
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/4 cup Cilantro Chopped
3 Pinches of Salt
How To Cook Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add in your frozen cauliflower rice and sautee until defrosted.
Then add in your salt and half of your lime juice. Mix together well and cook for about 2-3 more minutes.
Turn off heat and add your cauliflower rice to a large bowl. Taste the rice to determine how much more lime to add (adding the other half make it pretty limey, so make sure that’s to your liking) then add the cilantro in.
Stir together gently and then serve.
