Kay has been using the keto diet off and on since 2014. She was urged to start when she realized she wanted to lose weight. 

In just a year, Kay has lost 150 pounds! She describes her keto weight loss journey as “overall easy.” The keto diet has genuinely done her well.

Keto has truly changed Kay’s life for the better. She’s been living a healthy and pain-free life thanks to the keto diet. 

“I’m now off all meds for my autoimmune disease—no more chronic pain.”

The keto diet has brought about an optimistic outlook for Kay. She has every intention of continuing the keto diet long-term, as well as motivating and guiding others during their weight loss journey. 

“I do non-keto coaching, but would like to move into weight loss and wellness coaching.”

Kay’s advice to everyone is as simple as it is effective. She says, “Don't give up. Ever.” Her advice is firm, but sound. Giving up may seem easy, but the results you’ll achieve from persevering will be worth it—Kay is proof of that.
