+ What is the macro nutrition of each meal?

We create custom recipes that all adhere to ideal keto macros. An average meal has around 25g Protein, 55g Fat, and less than 13g Carbs. All meals vary in exact nutrition, but all of our meals follow these porportions, making every meal keto friendly so you don't need to worry about being super strict with portions and measurements. We also have a GOAL CALCULATOR that helps you find your nutritional goal and adjust your meals plans to meet it!

+ What kind of foods are included?

All of our meals try to incorporate tasty, healthy, and well balanced ingredients. We use meats, seafood, nuts, fresh produce like peppers, onions, avocados, broccoli, and more. You might see things like a veggie and cheddar frittata for breakfast, a beef burrito bowl over cilantro lime cauliflower rice for lunch, and a chicken hibachi meal for dinner. You can often subsitute meats and produce to your liking, but unfortunatley we cannot customize meal plans to your personal likes and/or specific allergens.

+ How many people is the meal plan designed for?

The meal plan is designed for 1 person's meals Monday-Friday of every week. However, you can easily multiply all the recipes by any number to make enough for others in your household.

+ How does it work after I sign up?

After you sign up you will be able to sign into your Keto Weekly account and access your Meal Plan Membership. You will be greeted by a home screen that let's you navigate to our full Meal Plan Library, Recipe Collection, and more. Every month we add new meal plans, recipes, and content. You will have 24/7 access to this members only material. In the meal plan library, you can browse the weekly menus, and then click on any to bring up the entire weekly meal plan. They are very comprehensive and easy to follow.

+ Can I do substitutions for ingredients?

Yes! You can often substitute different meats, fish, or produce for items that you enjoy more. Our recipes are very well balanced nutritionally, so you should still be right on track for a keto friendly meal.
