Lazy keto focuses on just eating meals that are generally low in carbs. So you might eliminate breads, wheat products, sweets, and starches. This approach avoids the really obvious high carb foods, making your overall diet significantly lower in carbs. Because of this, the lazy keto diet doesn’t make the best keto dieting method for those who are just starting it. It’s definitely less likely to get into ketosis as fast, and you may see less results than you hope for. However, it may be more than enough, and can be a great choice once you’ve been strict keto for a little while and understand exactly what foods and meals are best for your diet goals.
